• If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased, you may return the item to us within 30 days of the receipt date for an exchange or refund. We do not refund shipping charges; You’re responsible for paying the cost of shipping your product back to us. After 30 days, we will not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. Please email us at support@royal-sutton.com with the reasons for the return, and we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if one is applicable.
  • Prepare your package for shipment by ensuring your merchandise & paperwork are included.
  • Be sure that all return packages are properly insured and tracked. Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
